We warranty our products against defects in workmanship,
material, or operation, excluding extraordinary wear
and tear, for a full twelve months. However, we do not
warrant against defects due to inappropriate installation, failure to exercise normal maintenance, or the use of our
products in a manner for which they were not designed.
Our only liability, under this warranty is to repair or
replace products which are returned to us and are
determined by de la Frontera to be defective. Such a
product must be returned, shipping charges prepaid,
within one year of the original ship date. Customer shall
have the responsibility to inspect all products
immediately upon receipt to assure that they are free
from damage. In the event of damage, it is the customer’s
responsibility to file any and all claims against the freight
carrier.
Products will not be accepted under this limited warranty unless
de la Frontera has given prior
authorization by way of an RGA#. Upon return of such products, de la
Frontera will determine the
validity of the customer’s claim. If the product does not qualify under
this limited warranty, de la
Frontera will notify the customer of the estimated cost to repair or
replace said product and will
